Alternative to med express

Hi.

finally decided to give Mounjaro a go, and Medexpress comes up a lot on here as a supplier, however no one ever seems to pick up the phone when I am calling In to get some questions answered so I won’t be ordering from them.

Anyone have any other recommendations?

Providers should include a couple of spares in case you get a duff needle and the pen doesn't work, as then you'd not have enough needles left to do all the doses. It's weird that the same supplier gives out spares to me and not to other people. I'm on my second pen from a new supplier and I'm still using up the spare Asda needles!

Maybe it depends on who packs the orders.

I’m glad you mentioned this because I was unsure after watching a video on how to use and what could potentially go wrong, if indeed it came with spares, so I wil double check with supplier once i figure out who I will order from.

Can I please ask what the maintenance plan looks like? Eg taking 2.5 x 1 a month or something like that?

What im still not clear on is if you store it in the fridge. Some seem to say keep in fridge and others say it’s ok to keep at room temperature for the 30 days

You keep it refrigerated until it is opened.
Then you dont have to, just make sure you use within 30 days

I keep it in the fridge as you can then use the bonus dose at week 5 and onwards

I think most places are online contact now. I can remember the last time I called someone out of choice!

I use med express. I keep it in the fridge but you don't have to after first use.

It's delivered in a cold pack to you door.

You get 6 needles to use in case one fails.

I’m with Cloud now. Very easy to move from MedExpress. I just sent them a photo of my previous MJ prescription label along with the other information that they requested

I never got spares from Boots or MedExpress but I do from Cloud. I’d bought a box anyway
