Expiry Dates Thread for Mounjaro MJ

I wonder if anyone else would be interested in a specific thread where we can note the expiry dates we are being issued and by which supplier?

Also, if you know how long they might let you go between placing orders.

I currently have a bit of a stockpile due to some offers and previous concern about maintenance, so need to be mindful of my expiry dates whilst maintaining a relationship with my favoured pharmacy for future maintenance.

I have 7.5mg dated 04/25, 10mg and 12.5mg dated 11/25, and 15mg dated 08/25. Are there any later dates being dispensed currently?

5mg pen from Pharmica Exp date 12/26 (ordered 3 weeks ago)
The 7.5mg pen was from MedExpress Exp date 1/27.

12.5mg pen just received from Pharmulous. Expiry date 04/27.

I also have another 12.5mg and two 10mg pens in fridge all with same expiry date. Once it’s confirmed new deliveries are without the golden dose I am going to need to agree a gap in ordering or get serious about tapering down and accept I will need to restart on buying a 2.5mg pen. I currently take 10 so that seems like a scary drop.

I am looking to get a 7.5mg pen from IQ Doctor or another provider. Any one received 7.5mg pens in last 3 - 4 days? What was the expiry date? From which supplier? Thank-you in advance.

5mg received today from Cloud. Fourth in a row dated 12/26, despite previous 2027 dates.

Just received 10mg from Numan - expires 9/26

I had a 15mg from Lotus (Pharmalogic is on the label) delivered today with 04/27 expiry

I’ve just received a 2 x 10mg bundle from Lotus both with a date of 26/9.

I’m currently micro dosing from a 5mg pen, so will hopefully use these pens up by September.

It would be with an expiry of 04/2027

Out of interest what did you say to be able to order two at the same time? I am wondering if I could get an order of 2 pens in while the pens still have the golden dose in them.

@Choux pharmalous. You can choose 1 2 or 3 pens . I didn't need to tell them anything.

That’s 5 consecutive months I have received pen from MedExpress with a date 12/26.

can you put short dates on medication? As the medication I was receiving from med express 6,7,8 months ago had 2027 dates. I question that they are putting on short dates to use up their 5 dose pens.

I received a 7.5mg pen from
Oushk last Friday with a 1/27 date. But the one I ordered from them 6 weeks earlier had a 3/27 date.

@lovealongbath there seem to be two theories - 1. exactly what you said, that after the price hike last year they started putting shorter date labels on pens produced after that point; 2. that a wholesaler messed up their stock rotation, which is why earlier in the year we saw pens dated early 2027 and now are seeing pens dated end 2026.

I don't know which is correct, just that in January I was receiving pens dated April 2027 and now I am receiving Sept-Dec 2026.

It does make me wonder how much 5 dose pen stock is still at suppliers. I haven’t seen anyone reporting getting a 4 dose pen yet. I would rather get a 5 dose pen with a 2026 expiry date than a 4 dose pen with a 2027 date.

12.5mg pen from Pharmulous. Expiry 04/27 (same as my last 4 pens from them)

Still a 5 dose pen. Am already wondering when the 4 dose pens will appear and if I might get another order in in 3 weeks for another 5 dose pen.

7.5mg Lotus April 2027 was my first order last week and was sent extra needles and whole box of alcohol wipes. Very impressed.

5mg pen from Swift Doctor today. Expiry date 9/26. All other pens received to date expire in 2027.

5mg Cloud today. 12/26 yet again.
