@lespameo there’s a little settings cog in the top left corner of the graph page, you can turn on the dosage labels there.

Thanks @Bellyblueboy I’m a bit all over the place with doses, trying to find the right balance between suppression and side effects, so I find the app really helpful.

Oooh. Took my first jab today and this thread made me download Shotsy. I love it already!

I do weigh every day, as I like to see any gains or stalls and if there's a pattern - period related etc

@Snozzlemaid - that's truly outstanding. A quarter of your body weight lost in 6 months - you must feel amazing!

Oh and @ChunkyMunky - that's huge in 3 months! You must be a super responded. I understand totally about trying to get the right dose, I had a few weeks 'off plan'. I hope your side effects are better now

Week 7 graph update from me.

I had a huge whoosh this week after STS nearly all week the week before, and ending up with a small gain. I track my calories and protein on nutracheck and they are fairly consistent, so presumably I was just holding on to water which has gone this week. This is why I like weighing daily!

My midpoint goal is 12st

I use Shotsy to track levels but haven’t been recording losses in it. Can I do it retrospectively and get me one of those fab graphs?!?

yes, I got it a few weeks in but had all the data on my fitness pal so just added it all in for the first few weeks

it’s great to see you have achieved so much on a relatively low dose.

I hope to stick at 5mg and then maintain at either 5mg or 2.5mg.

I had to guess some of the dates as I just recorded everything now but really interesting! Wish I found it sooner, as I’m coming to the end of my journey soon.

Here’s my chart! My goal is to get to BMI 21 as that was my previous size/weight. I’m short so extra weight is really visible.
