I love stats and sharing data! This app was free (and it’s not a plug from me!). But would love to compare weight loss and injection strength!

Here’s mine for seven weeks.

Another feature the (free) Android version doesn't yet seem to have is the ability to record non-standard doses. There's a drop-down menu with 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5 and 15. No option that I can see to enter any other amount.

Snozzlemaid · 21/12/2024 22:44

On iPhone when you add a shot, you click on dose and you can then add a custom dosage.

I've recently downloaded shotsy. Wont post my graph as ive only got one
week of data.

My question is do you think its worth paying for the app - its only £18 a year but apart from seeing the current amount of medication in my system it doesn't seem to give much else

Thank you @LC4life !

I recorded today's dose on the free Android version of Shotsy and noticed that you can now add your height (for BMI) and a goal weight. They must have updated it within the last week.

But up and down over Christmas! 15 shots now taken.

Here’s mine after 8 shots. The flatline at the bottom is Christmas! Despite a much better Christmas than normal, it still wasn’t conducive to weight loss. Onwards and downwards.

I last posted here on 08/12 and I was 11:13/12 stone. I've managed to lose another 7lbs since then and I'm now 11.7, which I am delighted with considering the Christmas period! Whilst I've not over eaten as such, I've definitely drank my calories and am looking forward to a quiet month without booze!

I set my target at 10.7 so 1 stone to go. I've just started on a new pen (7.5mg) but I'm going to do 6mg for the next 5 weeks. Then I've got 2 more 5mg which I hope will see me through to my target.

@1clavdivs - only a stone to go! Well done

My graph - my dosing has been all over the place as I struggle with very strong suppression/fullness. But hopefully hitting my groove now! Expecting weight loss to slow as I move into my last stone or so, and I seem to lose a chunk of weight in the first 2-3 days after jabbing, and then bob around the same weight for the rest of the week (daily weigher!)

I love these! I weigh daily which is why my graph is so wiggly!

do others weigh daily or weekly?

OP posts:
Snozzlemaid · 11/01/2025 10:30

I weigh daily so I don't feel I've wasted a whole week if the numbers go up some days. I know the next day they'll most likely be down again.

Here's my updated graphs. One is all time that shows a crowded list of all jabs taken since June, the second is last 3 months. Spot Christmas when I let my hair down and stopped tracking calories!

It’s really starting to slow down - I am debating moving up to 7.5mg.

Thank you @Bellyblueboy I have to say it cheered me up this morning. Things have been very slow since Christmas!

Bellyblueboy · 02/02/2025 10:25

Weight loss has really slowed down now - but goal is in sight!!! I am very close to having a normal BMI!!!

Such slow progress now. Moving to 10mg next pen.

My latest graph. 5lbs to target and I've got 2 shots left out of the current pen, but not sure whether to do it alone instead of using a new pen. Need to think about my strategy!!!

Bellyblueboy · 02/02/2025 21:31

@lespameo we are very similar!

maintenance really scared me! I have gone up and down so many times. I think I will stay on a low dose (5mg?) for as line as they allow me.

I am saving about £75 a month on snacks and take outs. I do worry about eh long term health impact - but I hated being obese and was very aware of looming threat of diabetes.
