I've disguised myself by chopping off half my face but hopefully you get the gist

Left pic is April and right pic today. I really did have a total moon face!

Love the username @BatFacedGirlll

@poppym12 oh and yes to the hair loss but only in recent weeks. I take a daily hair gummy (Champo - they're the best!) and have done since last year so let's see how it settles. It's not handfuls but it's noticeable - however I've had this shedding thing before and haven't gone bald yet but it's not fun

I tend not to bother with collagen / special shampoos etc etc - I think it's a case of covering some bases with a decent vitamin and good nutrition and riding it out

@Storytimetime ah but do you know where it comes from?!

Thank you @BatFacedGirlll, appreciate your honest response. I think my next move is to try some form of resistance training. I know it won't prevent sagging skin but adding a bit of muscle might make it look better.

@Summerhillsquare I'm sure you'll be absolutely fine! And err there's always a spot of filler Grin

So you have not 'done it all on 2 5mg', you are on 5!!

BatFacedGirlll · 01/09/2024 09:20

@mm81736 well, yes I suppose so. Since end of July. Thank you for pointing that out. Smile

@MounjaroUser I take it twice every 7 days ish. I've done that for the past 6 weeks or so. So I'll jab 2.5 on Monday and then again on Thursday - I try and leave 4 days between doses but tbh not sure why as all I'm really doing is splitting a 5mg dose to try and avoid side effects!

Oh interesting I’m about to start doing the same thing as I don’t want the full 5 at once. Glad it’s worked so well for you

BatFacedGirlll · 01/09/2024 10:55

@Callmejudith I would probably be fine I suppose but I can't risk it as don't cope well with feeling (or being!) sick. Although who does really? So this seemed like the halfway house and - touch wood - has been absolutely fine
