What do you think to this dress?

It wasn’t my size as it’s made to measure but this was just an idea. Opinions welcome. Please ignore visible bra, I just had my old, worn work underwear on!

I love it! I had to get my dress made as couldn't find one with that coverage that I liked.

Alicia9999 · 06/11/2019 11:45

I think it's lovely!

WinterRose92 · 06/11/2019 11:45

I think that’s really stunning, once it fits right etc, it’ll look amazing!
It’s very much what I would go for but I’d have 3/4 length sleeves on mine, just personal preference.
When are you getting married?

Talkthirty2me · 06/11/2019 11:51

Here are a few others I’ve tried just for the sake of comparison but the first sticks in my mind. I can’t decide whether I should go for a fitted style as they seem to be the most popular, but I’m quite body conscious. Get married in August next year!

The first one is the nicest by far.

AmIThough · 06/11/2019 11:54

I love them all except the one with the low cleavage

MarshaBradyo · 06/11/2019 11:54

Lovely. First one for sure

WinterRose92 · 06/11/2019 11:55

The others are lovely but I still prefer the first. Congratulations!

Cyclewidow46 · 06/11/2019 11:55

I agree with the pp, they're all lovely but the first one is the best!

ShirleyPhallus · 06/11/2019 11:56

It’s ok, but the style makes you look much older than the style of the others. It doesn’t really matter what anyone else thinks though, which one do you love?

peachgreen · 06/11/2019 11:57

You look lovely in them all but that first one is really special. Once it's fitted it will be absolutely perfect. Congratulations!

Talkthirty2me · 06/11/2019 11:59

@AmIThough I wasn’t a fan of the low cleavage one at all either, I was talked into trying it on. Mum hated it! Grin

The first is the nicest

Widowodiw · 06/11/2019 12:01

I think the second one is best

Talkthirty2me · 06/11/2019 12:04

Price wise very different though Sad
The first is £1,700 (I guess because it’s made to measure unlike the others?) the 2nd is £200 in a closing down sale, 3rd was £599 and I didn’t check the price of the last as I wasn’t keen.
I can’t decide about what style to go for with my shape.
Thanks ladies Flowers

I love the first one, though agree with a PP that 3/4 sleeves would be much more elegant.

Having said that, I'd have to get the £200 one, leaving me £1500 to do something else with. That's a HUGE amount of money!

I'd ditch the sparkly belt on the second one though.

TheOrigFV45 · 06/11/2019 12:09

The cleavage one....it's weird...goes right down to your navel!

MrsPellegrinoPetrichor · 06/11/2019 12:10

I like the first one of the group of 3 photos,so the second one? The fitted one with the sparkly belt, that's gorgeous on you. You have no reason to be body conscious .

AmIThough · 06/11/2019 12:12

Definitely dress 2 in that case!

Itsallpetetong · 06/11/2019 12:27

The second one with sparkly belt looks lovely on you. Don’t like the froth of the 3rd or the cleavage reveal of the 4th.
The made to measure is nice but.....there is something matronly about the shape of the top, maybe it it the t shirt length of the sleeves?

MrsPellegrinoPetrichor · 06/11/2019 12:30

That's exactly what it is,the second one is much more elegant.

angstinabaggyjumper · 06/11/2019 12:31

Another vote to ditch the belt!

MrsPellegrinoPetrichor · 06/11/2019 12:35

Nooooo,the belt makes it!

LilouBlue · 06/11/2019 12:42

One part of me thinks you shouldn't (as long as you can afford it) let price dictate your decision on your wedding dress. Then I saw that the first dress is £1700 and the second (which is just as nice) is £200 and I've got to admit it swayed me!

Do you really LOVE any of them? They're all (with the exception of the low cut one) pretty dresses but do any of them really sing to you? You've got a while to make a choice..

HappyHedgehog247 · 06/11/2019 12:43

I like the second one and thought that before I saw the price info x
