Rain warnings galore Mon-Thurs this week.

Lots of water to come out of the sky. Yesterday proved to be very dramatic in parts of south Wales and the SW. Let's hope that it's not quite so dramatic for the east. Though it does need the rain.

Why does the London BBC forecast say 'light showers' when it's been feckin' torrential rain?
How difficult is it for them to describe the current weather out of their office windows?

And you need a degree to do this?

Had quite heavy rain early evening yesterday but other than that, light showers was correct.

No rain today so far, there's a brisk wind.

My heating clicked on last night. The stat is set to 14, I think that’s only the 2nd time since we’ve lived here (9 years) that it’s come on in Summer.

We had sunshine today! Admittedly it was only for about 15 minutes & was followed by a deluge but some is better than nothing.

It looked nice today... so went to Chessington... and it rained and drizzles and rained. 40% chance of rain at 3pm according to Met Office app... 100% chance according to me at Chessington getting wet.
Ah well, least it's not as wet as it was a few days ago. Water in the local balancing pond has started to go down.

We've had torrential down pours here this afternoon, Northants. Nice and sunny now though.
