I'm in north Somerset we had lighting flash flooding and lots of large hail. It went on for ages

Yeah a nursery got hit most of the children had left. Only minor injuries so we've heard but thats been from the lady in the shop/people on Facebook so don't know how accurate that is. I walked down there today and the roof has been shredded. Local businesses having issues with their electrics this morning.

We had strong winds and torrential rain overnight, and more later this morning followed by a torrential shower at about 5 ish this afternoon.

My weather warning has just gone to Amber for rain, covering London and the SE, plus a little bit of the Home Counties to the west of London. 15:00 -23:00
