I am struggling for ideas this time and thought thought that this could be a good way to share ideas, if anyone is interested.

DD is 6.5m. Mainly BLW but with the occasional spoon fed meal if it makes more sense to spoon feed.
Number of meals depends on what is going on but God help me if I am eating and she is not.

So yesterday
Breakfast- porridge with banana puree mixed in.
Lunch- avocado on toast
Tea- sweet potato wedges

DD2 tends to have more meals when dd1 is home from nursery as they eat together.

SkyTrees · 22/05/2021 18:59

Oh, also had half a banana for lunch

SkyTrees · 22/05/2021 19:01

I’m finding it a bit weird as he has really dropped the amount of breastfeeds now. Like he used to feed every couple of hours at least, but now he just eats massive meal and won’t really entertain proper breastfeeds during the day (likes to feed a lot at night though). Anyone else found this?

MonkeyPuddle · 22/05/2021 19:02

B - wheetabix and yoghurt
L - sucked on the crust of her brothers sarnie
T - chicken curry with rice, few spoons of vanilla ice cream

WithRosesAroundTheDoor · 22/05/2021 20:46

B- natural yogurt with smushed strawberries.
L- marmite on toast, half a banana, half a satsuma
T- potato wedges, cucumber, tomato, chunk of homemade cheese burger (gummed to death)
Apple and peach puree.

My DD is 12 months but today was:-

B:- Scrambled egg, toast with dairylea & banana
L:- spag bol, toast with butter & orange slices
D:- cottage pie with cheese on top, yogurt and an extra helping of cheese (she’s obsessed!).

WithRosesAroundTheDoor · 22/05/2021 21:15

@SkyTrees
Mine seems to be having a growth spurt or something. She is actually having more milk than she was and seems constantly ravenous. She's also quite tired a lot at the moment.

L: Fusilli with shredded cheese, peas, and tuna, with apple slices for dessert
S: Rice cakes
D: Potato and leek soup with toast for dipping, cucumber slices, and a yogurt for dessert

DS now 6.5months
