@STAYTHEFUCKATHOME they might have! One of my daughters games has updated so all the characters are wearing face masks.

I'm also terrified of butterflies and moths in real life. This game is not helping!! Just seeing it still on the tree freaks me the hell out.

I have a face mask which I git right at the start of the game. I stopped wearing it because it felt a bit too much like real life!

For those who've been contemplating getting a second Switch console if you're also due a mobile phone upgrade some companies offer a free console with the phone deal.

We got one for dd for Christmas, dh's contract was up for renewal so he ended up with a new phone for him and a Switch for dd for £3 a month more than this old contract.

Is anyone getting the guide book that's out in a couple of weeks?

I'm getting the guide book. Well, dd is with her savings but we'll share it. I've got mine pre ordered. I bought the new leaf one and it's was really helpful. Practically every item in game was in the book with up to three or four players able to tick off stuff as they've got it. Useful for those who try to collect every in game item.

I'm currently using an app called "travel guide" and it's lists all the fish/bugs and their selling price, location, time of year and it's helpful for quickly checking prices when pockets are full on mystery island.

The moth gave me a fright. Beetles in summer are freaky too.

I have CJ on my island, fruits, DIY recipes and extra eggs on the beach to the left of the airport if anyone wants anything.

Does anyone know if I can add dd to my friends list?
We're friends on the Switch and I want to add her in game but we share a copy of AC so can't be online at the same time to visit each others Islands.

I've got a bunny day bed recipe. A bunny wardrobe recipe and a bamboo wand recipe if anyone wants them? I can bring them over and have a pop to the shop and chat to the villagers if nobody would mind. I'll be online in an hour or so or can send them via i game mail to people I've already added and played with.
