@Newhorizons0412 that won't work. You only get one island per switch console. We had this issue so I ordered another switch 🤭

I let my 7 year old play while I had a shower as he's been nagging for days. He got into my storage, planted all my fruit all over the frigging place, chopped down a few other trees and got stroppy cos he couldn't work out how to use the ladder 😂

If the game wasn't so expensive I'd consider getting him his own copy as he has his own Switch.

He did catch a load more eggs though, I've caught more eggs than fish today.

You'd need a whole new switch or switch lite too to have your very own island. I've seriously considered doing this for myself but the cheapest I've found a switch lite for is £150 and then add the cost of the game I can't justify spending almost £200 to play the game. I'm very lucky that my teenager who shares the game with me is as fussy as me with tidiness etc. We've split the island in two and each have a section that's ours alone and we can do whatever we want. I've made a jam packed orchard and a flower area for cross breeding. The shared part we don't change shit around unless both agree.

The ladder you get once you've got a new resident move in, to get a new resident you can to talk the animals on the mystery island tour (get ticket using nook miles) and invite them to live there.

Or you can buy the recipe in someone's shop who already has it. I have the recipe I can buy and bring to you if you like? If you PM you're switch friend code or a nook code I'll bring you a ladder recipe.

If you create your own profile on the switch you can create you own character and have your own house. Played can't mess with archers stuff in the house so better mess is hers and you'd be able to keep a nice tidy house. The old games, if you don't play for a while your house gets cockroaches.

If you created your own profile to visit others you'd need your own online subscription to travel on your own, I took out a family subscription at start of year which allows right accounts to share the subscription and I have three empty slots so can add your profile if you wanted to try that.

You can also access Nintendo's back catalogue with the online sub too.

I got excited yesterday when wisp gave me this respirator.

A character mentioned "the good old days" when they used to socialise at the pub.

I know it'll be coincidence but it's almost like they've written the pandemic into the game 😀
