The tend to swab and give antibiotics before they know either way. It's hard to diagnose sometimes. Face looks a bit sunburnt, rash is tiny pin pricks. Itchy/burny feeling. It's strep throat. we've had it 4 times here

Maybe I should wear it whenever my headteacher hoves into view.

My toddler DS had a rash on his toes at the beginning of lockdown, with hindsight looked very much like Covid toe. His brother had a cough but it was very mild and neither DH or I had any symptoms. It was in my school though, we had confirmed cases amongst parents.

I would love to know if it was Covid as he was shielded and it would very much put my mind at rest!

Our school have now said masks for communal areas, with NO words/logos/images. Wish I'd thought of this before spending quite a bit on Pokemon ones for DS in the hope he'll want to wear them...

Also, will my small Tom and Jerry repeat design by acceptable??

And I've been eyeing up a Harry Potter spell one for Library use.... does made up Latin have to come under exclusion, I wonder??

My school (in one of the top 10 Covid areas) has said students have to wear masks in corridors and can wear them in lessons. Staff only allowed visors

Birbalsingh and co have started a real Twitter war. Why do we think the zero tolerance crowd are so anti mask in such a frothing way? Is it just politics, or is it fear that their methods won't work any more because the are so rigidly wedded to them?

I am quite strict, and every year I do have that fear that certain rule changes will mean my methods no longer work. Is it just panic and fear of change ? But dangerous because of the influence and apparent intellect behind it all...
