It’s not just here, there has been targeted posts on other threads too recently regardless of what I post and I’m currently being discussed on another thread in connection with this one by the usual fan .
however I will admit that having my defence against being patronised and insulted, referred to as bickering does sting and then the throwaway comment about gifs! 🤷‍♀️

I can’t think why Penguin thought this book would be a good idea. The optics are terrible. I can’t understand the Sussex PR strategy. The optics are also terrible. It’s as if they see themselves as a pair of sharks ganging up for a feeding frenzy on a school of fish that is the RF, while forgetting that public opinion is sailing around them with a big boat and a big spear.

I'm sorry to hear that. I am not great at looking at usernames, I tend to just focus on the posts, so I hadn't realised this was happening. There is no excuse for stalking one poster across threads and to me such behaviour would indicate that the poster has nothing useful to contribute. If you need a break from it we'd all understand and welcome you back on your return.

Yes Enty is really upping the ante.
I do take the blinds with a large pinch of salt but some have proved to have a grain of truth. I do still think that HaM are running away from something not to something.

Penguin probably saw the success of Spare and thought this would do equally well, and it may. But what they forgot is that Spare is about a family we know little about whereas Diana's story has been told and retold over 30 years and as a result people aren't buying the villain narrative he is selling.

Frankly the Spencer book is making me feel tired and disillusioned as well. That a brother would do that to the sister and nephews he claims to love. I am encouraged by the fact that, judging by comment sections, very few are taking what he says as true. Truth will out, people's true characters are revealed, it may take time but I believe that the truth always wins eventually.

It's a vile book. Nasty, bitter, toxic and shameful.
Also - completely unnecessary.
That anyone could be "delighted" by the death of a woman in an accident, never mind the mother of his children, is a vile claim.

The book is a sickening spectacle a money grab i wish the royals could take his dang title too 😒

In terms of ‘blinds’ - a concept I had not heard of until this thread - the whole point about them is not actually naming names to avoid accusations of slander. Though they sail close to the wind on that. By explicitly linking names to this gossip like on this thread they are no longer blinds but accusations and gossip about people.

They reallyv are awful. But I think the truly anon ones are worse becausev they give rise to speculation and gossip about completely innocent people.

I do believe the billionaires are using HAM for something nefarious. Both too greedy, dim and full of hatred for RF and UK to see it. What the endgame is, I don't know

Don’t leave this thread @jeffgoldblum , it is now the only RF thread I’m on as there are a few now but this one has always been the most informative and interesting.

I was for a time very recognisable, and that meant others commented. It is much more freeing since I NC regularly.

I have to scroll past a lot more of this here and the last thread than on previous ones and wish the discussion was kept on track without various bits of nonsense but that’s people for you.
