@Butteredtoast55 Absolutely agree. Grey rock is the way to go. Let’s call it beige rock actually after the disproven wardrobe edict.

Is Trump lucid here, or off his orange head? What does he know / is he implying anything about the visa situation? I’m intrigued.

BasiliskStare · 02/09/2026 23:26

@AutumnCrowInEmeritoVeritas Trump could be lucid / off his orange head or a number of things. 😂 I can't see anything in that article which would give any real clue about H's visa - but I may be wrong. I think the visa will be a bit of a run and run story. On the face of it - H admitted taking drugs - H lives in the US ? Wasn't there some speculation that he had been let in on some sort of HoS / diplomatic via ( never clarified ) which meant normal rules don't apply? Previously I would have said - keep a lid on the visa issue so he isn't deported back here . Now - not so much 😊

My2cents1975 · 03/09/2026 00:04

Both Trump and HaM can never let any perceived slight go. Two sides of the same tiresome coin.

The media knows how thin-skinned Trump is and how he loves clapping back via the media. So, of course, a reporter would ask about Trump's opinion of HaM and get a rant in reply that the media can print for guaranteed clicks/views.

I can’t see a reply from you, Jeff? Do you mean here on this thread, as opposed to telepathy or other strange systems of communication?? I tried to learn semaphore once as a child and that didn’t end well.

Meanwhile, the BBC has provided us with the treat of the footage of the US president declaring that HaM treated his family with ‘great disrespect’.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/videos/c33k72m7x11o

Given that Trump is part monster part buffoon, this isn’t a PR disaster for HaM, but it’s not much of a win either. I’m wondering why HaM didn’t leave when DT won his second term, and why they are here if they’ve got issues with the UK Head of State as well? Also, to what extent do they equate Heads of State with the populations of those countries, and why? Is it just the British who are dreadful, or are Americans also not good enough to be around their family?

Split screen. Left, Meghan and Harry are seen. Right, Donald Trump is seen.

Watch: Trump 'happy' that Prince Harry and Meghan left the US

President Donald Trump said he was not a fan of the couple and added that they treated the Royal Family with "great disrespect".

When the cast of a tv show are commenting on your life you have really left royal status behind. I'd love the press to stop running silly little articles on them but the revenue is probably needed. That's the Sussex status now though, irrelevant tabloid fodder. What a waste.

AutumnCrowInEmeritoVeritas · 02/09/2026 23:01

Well, this must have thrilled Hugh Bonneville and the other actors in The Gentleman 2 at the premiere, being asked about Meghan Markle.

It was a polite ‘we know nothing about it’ response made into a non-story by the BBC.

Its a lot of free publicity for the show, either way!

It’s starting to get to “Freddie star ate my hamster “ level now isn’t it!

Mad theory time.

Stacey Solomon is leaving Pickle Cottage, the timing is perfect for the Sussexes to move in!!!

UncleColm · 03/09/2026 08:15

Well, he'll has frozen over...I've agreed with something Trump said - M.did treat the royal family disrespectfully.

I never believed the 'in talks'
Guy Ritchie is friendly with William, he also happens to be best mates with Vinnie a staunch supporter of our monarchy and David Beckham who is not keen on the hams, they are a known threesome in the area.
Ritchie is not going to upset his 2 closest mates or future king. However it keeps the show in the news.

Justdancevance · 03/09/2026 08:26

meanwhile Meghan is cowering behind her curtains, too afraid to go out without 24/7 security

Tell her there’s a widowed billionaire with a young child in lilis class, and she’d be out the door like a hot snot out of a dragons nostril

AnneBoleyn123 · 03/09/2026 08:28

Has it occurred to anyone that they may not be able to afford the mortgage on their Montecino home? They may want to sell it and buy something outright in the UK

OliveMyLove · 03/09/2026 08:34

@Justdancevance
Have they corrected the story at all? Because a “pal” saying Meghan is afraid to go out without armed security means they’ve admitted they don’t have armed security.

Also that they didn’t give RAVEC 30 days noticing meaning this was a rather abrupt decision.

Charles offered to buy them something naice before so it’s possible he’s going to do this now.

AnneBoleyn123 · 03/09/2026 08:44

I think M is going to use lack of armed security as a reason to hightail it back to the US

Leaving the children behind?

PoppysAunt · 03/09/2026 08:52

I just wonder if they should be talking about security at all, what they have/don't have? Surely sharing that information is unsafe? Anyone with malicious intent could read that.
If Meghan has said that at all, of course.

OliveMyLove · 03/09/2026 08:57

Given that the ensure the record was corrected over something as minor as a lunch, anything they don’t correct leaves the sense that it must be true.

They should not be talking about security of their security is in question.

OliveMyLove · 03/09/2026 08:58

Although the rumor floating amongst some of their fans is that they leaked some stories in order to see who was leaking.

Nonstop drama.
