They are nice, but the best photo I've seen of her lately was the one with William where she is leaning forwards in a beautiful dress laughing and looking so happy and natural.

I think the first one looks nothing like her. The other two are nice but I much prefer the photos of her in the gold dress.

Same, I wasn't sure if it was just the styling nd make up though.

I find them odd. They don’t look like her.

I didn't think she looked how she usually does either.

But they must represent his she likes to see herself. Her hair isnt sleek/glossy, which seems very different. How do photographers get it to swoosh back like it is in the red dress pic? Would she have had to toss her head, or would it be a mini wind machine?

Unrecognisable in the first 2 photos. I would never have guessed they were her if you hadn't told me!

I really like her hair in the red dress, much more "relaxed" but I don't think the actual photos are that nice tbh. The sitting down one is the best.

She's a really beautiful woman, honestly she is but the first photos are really strange and don't do her justice.

The DM comments are hilariously OTT

It said some of the comments weren’t in the spirit of mumsnet… so I assume some nasty things were being said 🤷🏼‍♀️

I think the 2nd photo looks like her, but a bit younger but I don't love the soft focus & frilly shoulder, very 80s prom.

I don’t think any of them look like her nor do her justice.

I don’t love them, I don’t think they look much like she usually looks (though perhaps that’s the point) and I think her hair usually looks much thicker and more glossy. But she is presumably happy with them, which is the most important thing I guess.

If they didn’t say they were of Kate, you’d never know. It’s ridiculous, really because we all know what she really looks like. She’s an attractive woman so why the need to photoshop to the hilt?

Doesn't surprise me whatsoever.

I think she looks gorgeous but I did double take when I saw them, it's not how I'm used to seeing pictures of her I guess. I love the one in the white dress.

There was one nasty comment (about Meghan!) when I looked but most people were saying the same as what's being said here - nice photos but they don't actually look like Kate. Most of the criticism seemed to be of the style of photo (soft-focus, a bit 80s) rather than Kate herself but who knows, maybe there were some unsavoury comments later on 🤷🏻‍♀️

I like the red dress one, but the white dress looking in the distance she looks like a Victorian ghost

just saw them on the news, doesn't look like her. maybe photoshopped.
weird as she always looks so lovely in photos normally.

The seated on in the white dress is very much the same (body) pose as well known pix of HMQ and Diana, PoW in their wedding dresses.

@AnnunciataZ I was on the thread. There were several posts attacking Kate personally. Sadly lots of offensive comparisons regarding the style of photography that went far beyond 'soft-focus, a bit 80s' too.
