I’m just so excited I had to share that these two polydactyl beauties are coming home with us on Friday 😻

As promised here they are! We got back quite late last night but they’re having a good explore this morning and settling in well 😻

So lucky. Ive always wanted polydactyl cats

Yes I always think of the Cravendale ad too! We are so lucky to have them I’ve taken so many photos this morning I’m going to run out of storage on my phone! We are having to thumb proof and kitty proof everything all over again as our last Dcat was a very sedate old lady by the end.

Personality too probably? (Although I would have given them each a different colour collar on day one, just in case!)

They are absolutely gorgeous! I'm now feeling slightly disappointed that my cats don't have thumbs, although I'm sure the extra mischief they'd have been able to manage as kittens would be epic.

I used to have a poly, he was so lovely. Black and white,called Felix. He was a good cat.

We’ve not 100% decided on names yet. They have foster names but they don’t tend to answer to them so we may change them.
The little girl is smaller, has paler eyes and a rounder face and the boy is longer, larger with a sleeker coat and yellower eyes. They’re both very cuddly and playful. Just perfect 😻 it is difficult to tell them apart at a glance though or in the dark. They make the most gorgeous little trilling chirrups as well!
We’re all still alive anyway so their thumbs haven’t proven too menacing yet!

Oh and the boy loves water! As soon as we go in the kitchen he sits in the sink waiting for us to turn on the tap so he can bite the water!
