Paws crossed for Cheddar please. She's very quiet and not herself at all. She's slept on the sofa all day and not come for cuddles. I've given her some Metacam, and got a vets appointment for tomorrow morning. I'm at work tonight, or else I'd have taken her tonight.

At the emergency vet with Cheddar. She was a bit brighter last night but still not right. She's been on the bed all night and not really moved. Tried to put her on the floor and she is completely floppy and can't weightbear at all.

Bloods normal and the vet can't find much wrong other than pain. So going to give her some strong painkillers and go from there.

They've kept her in which is a record as I'm in a 12 hour shift today.

That's good, hopefully you'll be able phone and check in on her when you get a break! Does the 12 hour shift mean you're off tomorrow?

@SevenSeasOfRhye yes. I'm off tomorrow and at university on Tuesday. Not back at work till Wednesday night.

Just had a call from the vet. They are very worried about her. They think she might have had a siezure. Work have let me go to her.

I don't think she will. She's incredibly flat. Decided against a referral as it's an hour on the motorway
