@learieonthewildmoor, yes it is, but not when she jumps from the windowsill directly on to me. Usually when I'm not expecting it. 🤣🤣

Oh god Rex does the leap from the windowsill thing. It's a small high window so the sill is head height and he's massive so landing on my chest or stomach when I'm asleep is a hell of a wakeup.

He also can't ever get up onto the bed from the floor without walking over my pillow/head. Even if he then goes to curl up further down the bed. Great at 5am.

Why do they do this?! Glad Penelope's eye is improving. They are both so cute.

Boycat used to do that - jump on me from the windowsill. OK not a high one or anything, but he did weight over 6kg & tended to land on my bad leg!

In other news, head and bum strokes are now being requested somewhat assertively by Tobias every morning, & occasionally before supper.

Just asked Penelope if she is a good girl. And she said yes, very clearly. 🤣 (yes I know it was just a miow, but it did sound like yes.

Just to state the obvious quite gratuitously, Penelope is CUUUUUUTE. As indeed is Paddington. You know how to pick 'em.

Pen and Pads are adorable.

Her eye is getting there slowly. But I think she's going to be left scarred but it. Her eye is very cloudy. Unfortunately she's now become a mind reader, so I've got to be careful with how I act, when she needs her drops. 🤣😂

@LostCats according to my sister, he is Sir Theodore Goblin, the owner of 7 cotton mills in Lancashire. 🤣🤣

From that last photo I can see Paddington dressed in some sort of tweed 3 piece outfit, reclining in his wing-backed chair in his Gentleman's Club, awaiting his serving of Sheba's finest.

Penelope is of course a Lady sitting in her beautifully decorated home having afternoon tea from bone china.

@TemporaryCatSlave that's about right. Penelope is an elegant, dainty Victorian lady. Paddington is a fat Victorian Mill owner.

You need to get pictures done. I had these done of Harry and I'm sure they;d have something suitable for Paddington and Penelope
