I know I've said it before, but how did I get so lucky with all my girls?!

With cats, you get back what you give - they are rewarding you for rescuing them from unloved lives as breeders.

They are gorgeous and always make my day when you post a picture!

Penelope is currently pouncing on my toes under the duvet, and for some reason, looks just like Bagpuss. (Well I think she does)

She's trying to blend into the duvet cover, like a lion on the savannah . I can almost hear David Attenborough's voice 😂😂

She's filled out nicely and her coat looks amazing

Yesterday, looking like she owns the place. I think the diva is beginning to come out. 🤣

Penelope came in from the garden with her tail properly puffed up. Not sure what upset her. But bloody hell it's huge when she puffs it up! Looks a bit daft on such a tiny cat. (Sorry didn't get a chance to take a pic)

Both girls on the bed close to each other. First time Cheddar has been upstairs for a while. Gave Cheddar her eye drops, and Penelope looked very concerned and examined her face!

Omg I just put food down and Penelope was patting Cheddar on the head with her paw. Too cute. She stopped it when I tried to take a picture! It's been interesting to see, while Cheddar has been out of sorts hoe much Penelope behaves like her!

Adorable. They really seem to have bonded.

The vet suspects that running around with Pen has caused her current problems. She was extremely insulted when I suggested to her that maybe she was a little old to behave like a kitten.

Reading this thread has really made me smile. Cheddar really was a character. Missing her loads. Penelope is turning into a bit of a diva. Watch this space, as there may be news in the near future.

The paws! Really missed hearing Cheddar yowling when I came in late. She'd always be waiting on the stairs. Or right by the door. But these pics of Penelope made me smile.

I'm waiting to hear more about her. I've been matched with two cats from another rescue. But I don't think they are right. Gorgeous though they are.

Still waiting to hear mote details about one of them. But she got the OMG reaction from her photo. Feel under pressure from another rescue to take one that they've matched me with. She's lovely, but I'm not getting the same gut instinct. And I feel that, that one has been helped and is well on her way to a beret life. The firs one still needs help. And I can give her that.

Penelope has found her voice! I have no idea what she wants, but I think it's a list of commands. 😂😂 Her inner diva is appearing.
