Im so sorry sweetie. Well done you on getting the valuation in quick. Smart move. IMHO lenders want you - you worked through lockdown, unlike many, you are not weighed down by dependants, you have a reliable income. Right now that’s way better than a lot of people.

Most important: have you eaten anything? Cup of tea ☕️ too. After the food force yourself to do breathing exercises for 15 minutes. What a shitty day but it’s nearly over.

I rent with Capn. None of the 39 cats in the place are legal but once they’re in, they’re in to stay. So don’t worry about that.

I've done 45 mins on the phone to mortgage guy tonight who seems v nice and good. Valuation is online so it's all waiting now
I have had two mortgage offers before covid so everything crosse

Oh Queen! I'm afraid I have no advice for you whatsoever. I've rented ever since I split from my ex and it's always a worry when you have a cat. I've always said I'd rather be homeless than be without Leroy 😱. I can offer an understanding "been there" shoulder to cry on though.
