Tom rolling home at 2am these nights. Half thinking about buying him an outdoor shelter. Afraid if I do that he'll never come inside again.

I love seeing all the pics of everyone's lovely cat. No laptop or desk sitting here. He has cottoned on that I keep a bag of treats on my desk and will give them to him to keep him quite when on a video call.

Right now I really dislike you Queen. I bloody love cheesecake and I can't even send DS for one because my tummy is really bad at the moment 😢.

Leroy got hold of a baby bird yesterday. No damage though so it was gathered up and returned to where he got it from. Saw an adult flying backwards and forwards from where I put it not long afterwards and inspection today shows no signs so I shall consider that as all OK.

I've just made a dark chocolate cheesecake for DH's birthday. 85% cocoa solids in the chocolate so quite bitter, no cat is going to want that!

We had a black cat who would go nuts for avocado, another cat who loved fruit cake and another who would steal crisps from you.

Sybil's another one who adores avocado. Don't believe it's very good for cats so she only gets very small amounts very rarely. She also loves toast crumbs and crisps, particularly quavers.

I didn’t think lemon was toxic, just that they didn’t like it, but isn’t chocolate a stimulant that affects them badly?

The cheesecake is an amendment to Mary Berry's white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake recipe. Leave out the raspberries/coulis and use whatever chocolate you fancy instead of the white chocolate.Ignore the calorie content.
