My finger tips are all split at the moment due to exzema and blister plasters take the ouch away. We had curry last night so they got stained. I did make sure to keep him away from them

Koalacat is very cross. The scaffholders have put scaffholding in her garden blocking the best sunbathing spots. She was howling to let them know they need to immediately take it down.

Though now she's happy watching them work. At least they are putting on cat entertainment as a way of making up for ruining the garden.

Ash cat is on ironing prevention duty

Redkitten is busy growing. Lots of cats reappeared in our garden over the past couple of days because shielding has relaxed. Lovely to see them back!

Oh dear scaffolding and cats don't sound like a good combination

Thankfully she's 15 and can't climb any more otherwise she'ld be on the roof. She's very vocal today as we've just come back from holiday though she seems to like watching the thatchers at work. That is cat approved.

The kids told me they were worried about our indoor rabbit not eating enough today. I said is he not eating at all, and they said oh no but he's just eating the amount a rabbit should not stuffing himself silly like he normally does. They've since came up again reassured that rabbit is now stuffing himself silly again.

He's taken to a little cloth bag you get with cheap glasses, runs around the house with it, pounced like it's prey. He growled at DS yesterday when he went to take it off him to throw

This morning he found a cloth armchair of mine and is running around with it and growled when HE came near me

Last night I said to DH to get the cat as she loves to lie on him and have cuddles and had been howling a lot in day as we are just back from holiday and scaffholders in.

Eventually he agreed and carried her over, she looked stunned then went on him for cuddle purring away. Then he wanted to go to sleep so was wriggling to try and get her to move. She stretched out both her paws and dug her claws into his PJs. He then tried to put her off him and on to the bed, she got straight back on him exactly where she was before. He did again and same happened. Then he decided he would go on his side and she climbed on top of him. So we had a very happy cat last night but DH didn't get much sleep. He worships her though.

There might be a cat in this bag.

DD's cat (Piper) is snuggling me on the sofa...my cat (Edie) is sitting at the top of the cat tree looking exceedingly judgy.

I’ve got the engineer coming to do the annual maintenance for my water tank this morning so I’ve had to empty the cupboard. I keep my hoover, brushes, mop and cleaning stuff in there. It’s also spider central. Havelock is in super hunter mode and refuses to come out.

Koalacat spent a few hours cuddling DH last night chin to chin and then when I woke up I found her about 1cm from my head all curled up in our bed and she purred really loudly.

Currently she's howling at DH as he's being very rude - he's on a work call on his mobile and not acting as cat's preferred servant. No-one else will do.

What's Colin's reaction to the neighbour's cat? Is he curious or annoyed?

The neighbour's cat is very cute trying to get in and looks like he's being threatened by a horse in the garden

Colin is erm...... a little fiesty and threw himself at the glass. He also climbed into Dads boots to get higher

He's drawn blood with DS as he had been eating a lamb chop and had juice on his fingers. Colin sank his teeth in 🤭

OH bumped into his old Owner and he said he was the only make of the litter and was off on one all the time
