Yes, it took Hobbes four days to realise that Nemo wasn't going to ruin his life. Once he realised that Nemo is super friendly and playful he's been chirruping at him ever since.

Nemo does tend to throw himself at Hobbes and occasionally Hobbes demands to be let outside to get away from his kittening duties. If a cat could escape for a coffee and a fag break, Hobbes would!

Nemo is very respectful of the other cats. He refers to them and they mostly ignore him.

The weather has definitely turned colder because Basil and Sybil have become lap-magnets again.

Being a tinker. Managed to get caught up, spent time chasing Dexter then when Mama wasn't looking hot footed it over the trellis into next doors garage roof then shed

Havelock has a little perch on his tree that he absolutely adores. He seems to be outgrowing it though.

Havelock is epically fluffy!

The scene: A cardboard box, currently occupied by Hobbes

An innocent kitten, Nemo, approaches the box and cautiously sniffs the outside.

A large tabby head reaches out and grabs the kitten in its jaws. Nemo is pulled into the box, paw by paw, until only a twitching tail tip is visible. Muffled squeaks are emitted from the box that is now rocking from side to side with the ferocity of the tussle within.

Eventually the noise and movement subside and I can inspect the contents.

Nemo is just fine! He "helped" with the ironing afterwards.

Basil has extricated himself from 'his' basin and is now relaxing on the floor.

Colin has been enjoying the garden, though he may be barred for a while or only out on his harness

He's already made it from the trellis into next doors garage and shed, so the other trellis we ere going to install had been put off

Last night he also managed to scale a tree, probably went up 12ft and drag a pigeon out of a nest

OH had to get the ladder out and rally thought he wouldn't get him down as he was growling with his prey in his mouth

Yes I think so. He had really taken us by surprise. He's very food (well fresh meat) obsessed. He growls when he has meat and is slightly possessive. DS had said when he gets his first mouse we will not get it off him

I'm also surprised at his climbing, it took Ern a year or so to make it onto the work surface. Col had Ben up there a week

So when he shunned it up the tree and kept going we were all taken by surprise. He found the pigeon on the way down, though we think it may of been dead as we haven't seen parents for ages

This is a piece of 6ft trellis that we have now abandoned putting up next to the fence. It's propped against the house wall and he thinks it's his personal climbing frame. He can walk down the slats like a ladder. He also knows he can dive right threw it when he's being chased by Dexter

Hopefully by next spring we can do the trellis when he's more sensible nuetered and chipped
