Where do your cats sleep at night

Mine would love to be in bed with us but one in particular loves to sit on my head in the middle of the night Grin and the other lives to claw the bed so they have their own"bedroom".

My cat sleeps on her own pillow next to mine.

She is such a comfort.

Cheddar sleeps on the spare pillow on my bed. Snorg has a Teepee downstairs and a wicker igloo and a donut bed in my room.

My old girl has quite a set pattern. All of which completely ignores Dp!

She runs through with me screaming and crying for cuddles then when I get to lie down sits next to me at my stomach (Im on my side) for more stroking then climbs on top of me when she is ready to settle which lasts until My hip is too sore not to move then she jumps down and runs through to sleep on either the radiator or the couch.

If I get up to pee or for water the whole process restarts.

In winter she likes to come under the quilt and cozy into my stomach until she over heats. Then runs through to sleep.

At some point in the hour or so before it's time to get up she sneaks through to the end of the bed.

Occasionally now but used to be regularly she climbs over my head to jump on to the windowsill behind the head of the bed.

It would annoy me a great deal to be woken by a cat in the middle of the night.
For those that put up with that- is that OK wth you?

Like most of us I have had my share of being woken through the night by babies and young children.
No way would I go back to broken sleep if I could avoid it.
My sleep is precious- I would not allow a moggy to interrupt it.

Anywhere he likes EXCEPT the bedroom. Mostly cat tree or armchair I think.
