I've just realised that Cheddar thinks she's a Koala, from the way she likes to be held.

an idiot

PlatinumBrunette · 14/01/2020 12:13

One identifies as a person and is constantly horrified she is in a cat's body.
The other doesn't understand the concept of identity. Or cat. Or staying safe. Or any other concept other than Feed Me Now.

Dancingontheedge · 14/01/2020 12:14

Probably identifies as a sentient, very expensive display cushion who needs constant care and must never get damp or dirty.

Wtfdoipick · 14/01/2020 12:15

a very greedy lap dog.

AuntieStella · 14/01/2020 12:20

It is years since my lovely moggy passed on, but he was mighty overlord of the universe, who exacted complete pampering from his adoring acolytes

BernardsarenotalwaysSaints · 14/01/2020 12:22

Big one, The Queen. Little one, a pillock or possibly a Golden Retriever as ours is her best mate.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 14/01/2020 12:24

I thought they all identified as deities?

GuppytheCat · 14/01/2020 12:24

SmallCat: A parrot. Sits on your shoulder and chats.
BigCat: Queen Victoria, I should think. Currently Not Amused by the kitten.

Toddlerteaplease · 14/01/2020 12:25

@yetanotherspsrtacus, well that goes without saying!

Depending on her mood.

  • an all powerful Godness who must be waited on and have her every wish granted.
  • a cuddly cushion.
  • a trip hazard
  • the hungriest animal on earth with an insatiable appetite.
  • a mountain lion.
  • a hibernating doormouse.

Mmmm not sure but they speak in heavily accented Russian voices.

They maybe identify as Russian Blue but IRL they are ^Noire Essex Moggie"

bookmum08 · 14/01/2020 12:30

Mums cat = a rug because she lies flat on the floor in the way.
Mother in law's cat = an inoculation nurse because she constantly sticks her needle like claws in your arm.

christmasstress · 14/01/2020 12:31

God.

HouseworkAvoider10 · 14/01/2020 12:32

Cat identifies as bastard.

What does your cat identify as?
BrennieGirl · 14/01/2020 12:35
  1. A fat supermodel who applies her eyeliner every single day.
  1. A second rate ninja who thinks I don't know she steals the dog's dinner.
MrsJamin · 14/01/2020 12:36

Ha, my small siamese identifies as a dog, monkey or scarf (he likes to sit under my chin). My big fluffy cat identifies as a God and with personal space issues.

BentNeckLady · 14/01/2020 12:37

One identifies as the queen of fucking everything, the other identifies as part of my sofa.

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 14/01/2020 12:39

Basil identifies as Genghis Khan.
Sybil identifies as a scarf.
The 'kittens' identify as pest controllers.

fantasmasgoria1 · 14/01/2020 12:39

It varies between a mischief, a cuddler and a panther! She looks at people as if to say what the fuck are you looking at! Begone or I shall bite you!

ringme · 14/01/2020 12:45

Identifies as a cat that’s always been starved and never been fed Every Single Day especially at 5am Hmm

mumoftinyterrors · 14/01/2020 12:45

A dog. Definitely 😆

Oliversmumsarmy · 14/01/2020 12:50

I have 5

One definitely is a human in a cats body. He thinks he is the leader

One is really chilled out but as first born thinks he is the leader.

One is like some nerdy person.
Knows how to do everything but doesn’t have the physical strength to do it.

One thinks all food belongs to him.
Whilst feeding he is not averse to padding his neighbour on the head and when that cat looks up from his plate greedy cat will put his paw on the plate and slide it to his position

The mum cat we think is a disciplinarian mummy.

She gives them all a good clip round the ears if they dare disturb her or she thinks they need putting in line

TheLongRider · 14/01/2020 12:54

Tabby boy - a Labrador in a cat onesie. He tries to eat anything that's not nailed down.

Black girl - Amazonian warrior Queen

Grey boy - He's very pretty and relies on his good looks. He'd be an Instagram influencer, or the hero of a Georgette Heyer novel.

Black and White boy - Old style mob boss. He's quite a thug but loves his mum.
