I don't need a kitten?

I found a kitten this morning, tiny wee thing in a wide open space. I dropped it in at the vets, they thought it might be wild and are going to phone me later. It's approx 6 weeks.

What will happen to it? Will they check it over?

How is she doing?

Dontstepinthecowpat · 26/06/2014 16:51

Hi coszie she is settling in just fine! She spends most of the day in the living room with her toys, coming into the sitting room with DS and I while DD naps - DD is too young to understand gentle! She then spends the evening curled up on DH shoulder. She is eating a pouch of kitten food a day as well as biscuits but still seems hungry do you think she needs more?

She is a bit bitey but think it's because she is away from her mum too soon Hmm

Kittens play bite each other, she hasn't got other kittens to practice with so you'll have to do!.

Feed her as much as she wants, her appetite will be huge at this age.

I should also say she climbed up the chimney today so can't be left in the playroom alone, if I hadn't been there it would have been awful Shock is this normal?

Yep, completely normal and make sure you keep the washing machine and tumble drier doors shut or check religiously for snoozing kittens before loading.

Has she been to the top of your curtains yet?
