Morning all,

Thought for some fun we could share some photos of our little fur babies!

Xxx

Here are my two.....

Max (white) typical lad, he's a big hunter but very loving

Milly (black and white) such a little darling, very girly, she tries to catch butterflies!

Gorgeous Honey. I do love black cats.

2 more arrived to me last night. The boy looks to be around 8 weeks and is lovely the girl is younger maybe 6 weeks and a ball of hell fire. I hope we can work our magic as she is a pretty Torti when she is not going for blood. 8 cats in care is my limit. I am now officially full

Cozie, thankfully he seems to have adopted him! They play together, eat together and even cuddle together now. Big boy even went on the war path when a strange cat wandered in the back door. Before he would have runaway and his. This time he chased it off! This was last nights grooming session

Wonderful photo - the look of sheer bliss on the kitten's face!

cjdamoo · 12/07/2014 09:49

Ohhh thats gorgeous Raven.

Beautifullymixed · 12/07/2014 14:48

It's funny. I never liked cats until I was persuaded to get one by unrelenting DD's/DS's.

Within three months I had another two and I love them beyond explanation.

Now I look at all these pictures and find myself saying awwwwww repeatedly.

How did it happen?!

Another mistake! I got another cat. I have two. Don't have the space for three.......but if I did.........

Corygal · 13/07/2014 14:17

Raven - utterly heartmelting, your 2 heavenly kitties.

RavenRose · 13/07/2014 20:16

Thank you!

I think the little guy deserves some bliss! He was found about three weeks ago wandering over a moors back road at midnight. The nearest farm is about 4 miles away. He was covered in poo (his own) and sheep ticks and limping. Me and dd did a good check of the area in case but didn't find any litter mates or mum. Despite the poo she popped him under her top to stop him roaming round the car. He's had several lots of meds. All have been given by dd (13) who's done an amazing job of nursing him. I'm so proud of what she's done. He was about 5 weeks when found and I doubted he would survive but he's now growing well and romping everywhere!

I have a whole new batch of fosters after successfully rehoming the last batch including mum cat. 3 fluffy kittens of 9 weeks and a short hair kitten a lttle older then 8 month old spotted mist and a 1 year old grey girl. Luckily everyone gets on this time. One of the fluffies has an abscess atm which cleaning is gross

The little fluffy tortie in the middle? (The abscess.)

The grey girl is just lovely - although she looks as if she could be quite wilful if she chose. (Something about the eyes.)

cjdamoo · 16/08/2014 12:12

The white and tortie has the abscess. The teeny tortie in the middle was almost dead when we got the call to get them from a hoarder but responded well to doxxy and is now a little hellion :D The Ginger boy is just gorgeous and I want to keep him such a soppy chap.

The grey is surprisingly chilled but could just be on her best behavior and then there is the spotted mist here who has never been inside but is slowly coming round but very nervous and the dark Tortie girl who no one seems to want :( shes tiny not much bigger than the 9 week olds.

So- a fostering 'failure' maybe coming up? The little middle tortie just looked apprehensive/alert. (It wasn't her size.)

weegiemum · 16/08/2014 12:24

This is Severus (known as Sevvy), he's 10 months old. He adores dd2 (who he officially belongs to), Alice the rabbit and cheese!

cjdamoo · 16/08/2014 12:26

she was very erm flighty to start with possibly a side effect of having meds shoved into her daily. Shes settled heaps now but still the hell raiser of the bunch :) got a lovely donation today of 100 cans of food so that was nice and will help no end with the next influx of kittens. I would keep him in a heartbeat but as husband pointed out the more cats we have the less we can take in :/ A lady I know is interested in him so If he goes to someone I know it wont be so hard to part ways.

I cannot believe In a year i have gone from 1 cat to helping run the rescue :/ still I am loving it apart from the litter trays

weegiemum · 16/08/2014 12:27

That wee dark tortie is lovely, we'd have her!! Really pretty markings. She's teeny!!

simplicitea · 16/08/2014 12:35

This is my handsome boy, we have had him since he was roughly 6 weeks old as we found him abandoned in a carrier bag and the RSPCA let us keep him when we called them. Hes now 3 and has pretty much ruled the roost ever since Grin. Hes very affectionate and follows my 2 year old everywhere, they are inseperable.

cjdamoo · 16/08/2014 12:47

Sevvy is very sleek looking :D and who could abandon such a cutie in a bag :(

simplicitea · 16/08/2014 13:13

No idea he was so tiny as well Sad funny thing is he loves carrier bags now and is always trying to curl up inside them!

Some gorgeous cats on this thread Smile

`Little One' loved the christmas tree.... She thought it was an indoor playground... Her humans are so good ;)
