Morning all,

Thought for some fun we could share some photos of our little fur babies!

Xxx

Here are my two.....

Max (white) typical lad, he's a big hunter but very loving

Milly (black and white) such a little darling, very girly, she tries to catch butterflies!

Here are the TitCats when they were younger.

They still cuddle up together. Occasionally.

This is Harry just reminding us that this is the cupboard his Dreamies live in. Just in case we fancied, you know, popping a few hundred out for him.

So he knows the cupboard - but does he ever raid it? (He looks capable of that.)

Great pictures, TitsCrossed. I love the one up the curtain!

Cosietoesie
Thank you for saying Senna is beautiful. I think she is stunning but i am biased about my fur baby! She is very reserved and definitely not a lap cat. Of course she loves to sleep on beds and always nabs the best and comfiest spot on the sofa. We rescued her about two years ago. Initially we were looking at other cats but she chose us!

Fluffycloudland77 · 30/06/2014 16:51

Bruised is your cat a bengal too? if he is please tell me he's a noisy pita who fools visitors into thinking he's a good boy

BruisedCrab · 30/06/2014 18:18

Oh yes Fluffy, utterly Bengali in every way but also the most loving and attentive needy boy. Visitors are always amazed by how friendly and fearless he is, even with dogs, though are neighbours are less impressed by his love of midnight raids through their cat flaps so that he can 'play' with their dogs which consists of running around their bedroom at full pelt together.

He also acts as my seizure cat by being glued to my side in the hours before I have a seizure then lying on top of me in bed whilst I recover. When I first dislocated a shoulder during a seizure, he refused to let the paramedics get to me - serious claws and hissing every time they came near! Mind you, they were waaay more interested in the 'spotty cat' than in me!

My sharpai attacking kitten is 9 weeks old. Bloody idiots where told to do a slow introduction. I shall not be two harsh though because when they returned him they brought a box of kitten food as an apology for messing us around. We just got two more emergency fosters. So that is currently 6 fosters. Meet the whovians Martha and Clara

Bruised that's awesome that hes by your side!

JakeBullet · 02/07/2014 06:02

My beautiful Calico girl aged 7.

Sadly she was lost on the road 9 days ago. I am still coming to terms with it. Sad

She was my hunter...which is probably why she was by the bloody road.

Florrie, my little black rescue kitten now coming up for a year.

I have another rescue cat too but no photo.

Out of interest, Bruised, does that mean that he gives you warning of a seizure? (Or are there other ways in which you know it's coming?) I know that there are dogs - and a few cats - that can do that although I've never actually met one.

cozietoesie · 02/07/2014 07:21

She was a honey, Jake.

patienceisvirtuous · 02/07/2014 10:28

I posted earlier, but we now have a new addition to the family!

cozietoesie · 02/07/2014 10:47

And one that seems right at home! (How old is s/he? I forget.)

BruisedCrab · 02/07/2014 16:51

cozietoesie yes, he can tell when a seizure is inbound. However I am lucky enough to get a good aura, so can get myself to safety - he may just be picking up alterations to my behaviour as I get the aura, rather than detecting actual seizure signs. Who knows?

Any which way, he's a right PITA for medics but a fantastic part of our family. I am getting an assistance dog in a few months, it'll be 'interesting' to see how that pecking order works after a seizure!

cozietoesie · 02/07/2014 17:01

Thanks, Bruised. Interesting.

patienceisvirtuous · 02/07/2014 23:13

Cozie he is eleven weeks. After persisting for a week he finally got a cuddle off his big sis today! :)

GiantIsopod · 03/07/2014 01:04

Birdsighland · 03/07/2014 03:54

Cj, they returned a 9 week old kitten! Gosh, don't know if he would enjoyed much patience and understanding there if they didn't try very hard to ease him into their home at the beginning.

Hopefully he'll have better luck with family next time.

cjdamoo · 03/07/2014 10:07

The girl tabby went to a wonderful home today. They have already emailed me pictures to show she is settling in. It was love at first sight. The boys have a man coming to meet them tomorrow who wants two siblings. He has been in touch for over a week but didnt want to come until he was on holiday from work so he can be around to help them settle in :D I love people like that. So come Saturday I could be down to just 2 fosters! The fluff balls are less hissy now but still nervous so are going to take some work

I have a mum and 3 babies waiting to come into care as soon as the tabbies are in new homes.
