The tortoiseshell and white cat was FABCat. She lived 31.8.96 to May 2013 and I miss her so much. She was the most amazing cat ever to live. In the photo she was 6 weeks old.

My Tortoiseshell is Daisy. Aged almost two and has been with us since May 13 from the rescue place. She is so funny, tiny and I love her so much.

GingerBoy is Tom, came from same place as Daisy, aged 2 and a real softie. He treats my house like a hotel. Has breakfast then goes off foe the day, saunters in miaowing his head off and then goes on a bed for a nap before disappearing again. I hate it. I want them to stay in all the time! Grin. He is so adorable and I love him so much.

They have really helped us after we lost FABCat and the people who abandoned them need to be without food and water for days too.

This is my little Tiga - although she looks very long in this, she is only diddy. She is also in the calendar I have hanging in my front room - gorgeous little girl!!

Wow DangerousMouse your boy looks very beautiful and unusual. If you cover the big ears he looks just like a tiger!

SecretNutella - your boy does look very chilled . . . . If he were mine I'd definitely name him Stoner!

Well smudgecat is just a lovely cat. (And she doesn't look stupid - are you sure she's not doing a number on you to get you to run around after her?)

Well that is entirely possible.

She's very tolerant, we had her when we were just a young couple, then we had ds and dd and got a dog, she's never lost her temper with any of them. When dd first sat up though and it was apparent she was going to turn into a child like ds did the cat disappeared onto the top of a wardrobe for 3 days...

Oh and we've had several people think she's a Norwegian forest cat but she's actually a farm cat!

This is Pickle Pig. He's a rescue from Battersea. He's 9. Not the smartest tool in the box, he's rather daft but we love him.
He loves snuggles & puts his arms around my neck for special cuddles.
I do so love him very much, silly old saggy cat. :)

Izzle and Pickle Pig are very dapper boys.

(And Pickle Pig may be a blunt screwdriver but he has such kind eyes.)

She's very bright-eyed (I can't see her tail) for an older lady. Is she the boss cat?

Cozie she is totally in charge of the boys. She's just had her thyroid removed and she's like a kitten again! She constantly amazes me

This is Bessie, our stray cat who won't come too close to us even after 18 months of feeding her. She lives in our summer house shed where she has a choice of beds and trots up to the house four times a day and looks in the French windows until we shift our carcase and feed her Smile

A pretty girl - but you're right. She does look wary. Did you manage to catch her long enough to have her neutered, given shots etc?

Report
Gatekeeper · 22/03/2014 10:52

yes: we had a loan of a trap from Cats Protection and caught her the third day of trying with sthe help of some nice roasted chicken drumsticks!

Took her straight to the vet where she was checked over for microchip, then neutered, vaccinated, wormed etc
