DDog died unexpectedly today - need a hand hold

My beautiful lovely smiley girl

She was only 2.5 and suffered a yet unexplained cardiac arrest while out walking. She died instantly.
I'm absolutely devastated and don't know what to do.

Oh no OP ! I am so very sorry. What a terrible shock and a tragically short life for her.

She is so beautiful , what a horrible shock I lost a young dog suddenly and it is very hard to deal with ,

Her name is Piper, she was funny, silly and very cuddly. She's a Labrador - golden retriever mix, such a wonderful combination.

I adored her and feel so broken, she would have been so excited to visit family over Christmas, she loved people and dogs alike and was everybody's friend.

My house feels so empty and quiet without her. (I'm not on my own, I have DS (12) and my DF is visiting)

So sorry, what a beautiful girl. Her life was far too short but I am sure she had more joy and love in it than many dogs do in their entire lifetimes.
