Irish wolfhounds and "one day I'll have one" dogs

I'm in love. Was at a garden show thing today and there were two different ones. They were so beautiful and chilled and HUGE. I used to think my golden was big! It's really not practical for me to have one now but really hope to one day.

Any dog on your "one day I'll have one" list?

Both completely different but equally gorgeous.

I'm lucky to already own my dream breed, which is a pyrenean mountain dog, but she's getting on a bit now when she goes to doggy heaven hoping not for a long time yet I'd like to get another but dh has vetoed another giant breed for me. So I'd quite like a pug because I think they look like they're laughing, but I'm wary of the health issues they have. In all honestly we will probably end up with a little cross breed rescue, but I'm going to work on dh for another giant, as I luffs them the most!
