Asides from the incessant cheerfulness - (it's not right) I think, it's because he looks like a giant manbaby. Grown men who look like babies are IMO a bit scary.

PMSL at Miss Hoolies hair. Why do the entire cast of Balamory always wear the same clothes? Is odd. Also agree with policeman being disturbing, the inventor with the pink kilt is also odd.
I think that JF's clothes are odd, too much chino, too old for him.

OMG hellsbells - you are right. I wondered what it was that I found so spooky about it and now I know. And don't get me started on 'Granny' Murray. She's about 35! If she's a granny then her kids must be hiding in the back room with her grandchildren.

But Justin is creepiest of all. I particularly loathe him when he pretends Mr Tumble is not him. Even my toddler is not that stupid.
