I really enjoyed what I saw of the last series. Have set it to record tonight. Hope they can deliver again, the kids are fab

ExtraFancy · 15/11/2008 13:11

I love this! The little girl is fab, I didn't realise until recently that so much of it is improvised...that would be why the kids behave exactly like real children then!

cornsilk · 15/11/2008 13:13

what's it about?

MaryAnnSingleton · 15/11/2008 14:31

the kids esp. good - the girl,Karen, particularly (and cute)
'Tis a superior sitcom about a family really but is actually funny

This is fab! I'm soo glad the BBC have seen sense and moved it to a decent time. iirc the first series was buried on bbc3 at 11pm.

cornsilk · 15/11/2008 16:50

I've just googled it (bored) and remember it from last time now - was very, very funny. Will definitely be watching!

TheOtherMaryPoppinsFleckles · 15/11/2008 20:27

so happy this is returning, the children are brilliant in it as is the improv. Really refreshing.

HoorahHilda · 15/11/2008 20:49

LOVE this .The first series had me in fits of laughter .

wonderstuff · 15/11/2008 21:37

Brilliant, I stopped mning for half an hour it was so good!

DoNotAsfinishedXmasshopping · 15/11/2008 21:41

I watched a very short bit of it before DP turned over.

Was the funniest thing I have seen since teh likes of Vicar of Dibley

Piffle · 15/11/2008 21:43

fabulous
Ramona superb as Karen
Very funny show
The kids were outstanding

SlartyBartFast · 15/11/2008 21:45

missed it, just seen this thread, on an otherwise boring evening. sigh.

robinpud · 15/11/2008 21:46

very funny . I heard one of the adult actors describing the kids as "missiles sent to search and destroy" the kids were superb

Is it really good because the adverts make it look very, very unfunny?

at "Was the funniest thing I have seen since teh likes of Vicar of Dibley"

DoNotAsfinishedXmasshopping · 15/11/2008 22:42

I thought line line about God being "very inconsiderate when you think that the Sun is only going tolast another 20 billion years (or whatever teh figure was)"

I have to watch this on iPlayer or BBC3 if it is repeated...

Tinker · 15/11/2008 22:44

I've just realised that you weren't being ironic about the Vicar of Dibley being funny

TheOtherMaryPoppinsFleckles · 15/11/2008 22:45

Yes Tinker it realy is good lol I get your point re the adverts though but it's more of a slow burner and you have to watch the whole thing rather than snippets which on their own probably don't mean much

TinkerBellesMum · 15/11/2008 22:47

Brilliant! The kids are fab, I loved the grilling they gave the vicar
