I loved Cholton and the Wheelies!

I found Mr Ben on some weird sky channel a couple of months back. It was sooo dull and it was borderline racist! DH and I sat there in stunned silence!

Loriycs · 18/07/2008 21:15

i bought our son an original magic roundabout video- he was bored but me and dh laughed do much- its full of innuendos that only adults can tell!!! Remember Dillon the chilled out druggie OH MAN....

Lol. I can remember the words to a Princes sandwich spread ad from the 70's too, if I could clear this kind of shit from my brain I'm sure my short term memory would improve.

Loriycs · 18/07/2008 21:27

Profyaffle- just watched it- OMG that pilon noise still makes my stomach churn. Thanks for that, for years i thought i was mad in imagining that sound every time i saw a pilon, as no one i know remembers it.

Did any of you watch the 'Watch' programmes at school?

The one with the knight's folly, the one with the perigrene falcon, and the one where the aliens read backwards because the plastic bag was inside out?

Probably not the right thread, but the right era. Does anyone remember the milk adverts with 'watch out, watch out theres a Humphrey about'. They were red and white striped straws that stole your milk. I collected stickers of them, but I can't find anyone else who remembers.

snooks · 18/07/2008 21:40

Why Don't You?

Also 'Take Hart' - they never showed my picture of Humpty Dumpty in the gallery and I watched it for weeks afterwards, bah ,

myredcardigan · 18/07/2008 21:41

Don't let my singing put you off!

PictureThis · 18/07/2008 21:41

I remember those lyrics

myredcardigan · 18/07/2008 21:42

The Red Hand Gang? It was Canadian, I think!
