I managed to close off the last thread without realising and couldn’t see a new one, so here you go!

The US commentary was actually surprisingly even handed. It was Mary Carillo and someone Australian whose voice I didn’t recognise.

If it was an Australian, it was maybe Rennae Stubbs - she's usually pretty good.

Mary Carillo is ok on commentary but she does love a quiz!

For the men’s matches they’ve had Robbie and Jim Courier. Jim has been super annoying.

kazza I am especially glad to see Joe back to this stage- although I don't relish the idea of him possibly playing Neal/Christian in the final. I'm not sure I can cope with 'distraught' Joe if he loses again!
A 4th US Open title would be great though.

It’s great to know that there’s definitely going to be at least one Brit in the final and a decent chance of a Brit winner.

Obviously Neal is my least favoured winner because of his partner
It would be great if Joe and Rajeev won again, given what Joe has been through, but I'd be happy with Heliovaara and Patten winning aswell. Harri is always enthusiastic in his celebrations and Henry seems a good bloke and has been quite vocal in standing up for doubles players, even having a pop at Lumberjerk on SM

Yes, I'm ok with Harri and Henry winning . They are a fun pair to watch and their interviews are always very good value!

Well done on his career but where does that leave Joe?

I was sad to see Joe and Rajeev lose- not sure what Joe will do now. He hasn't had much luck this year before teaming bakc up with Rajev, and it doesn't look like he's likely to partner back with Neal, who has been successful with Christian.
I do hope Joe can find a decent partner agan - if he wants one.

I missed the very start of this match- not deliberately, but I figured, being a final there would be anthems. I'm not in the mood for anthems.
