I’m guessing we’ll get 2 women and 1 man as the initial Traitors and hoping the Secret Traitor has been binned.

Will the Big Dog Theory come back? Will we get another Nick/Joe style bromance?

I had to tell my husband who she was! And he couldn't picture her until I said she was Jack Nicholson's girlfriend in Batman.

I was always in awe of Jerry hall when I was younger. She was always in the papers and her and Mick jagger were the original power couple! Then she had that affair with Bryan Ferry , used to earn a fortune with the modelling and always had amazing hair. She seems very grounded for someone who has had such an extra ordinary life and was with a man who was born in Kent ( Jagger) ! She hasn’t had the most ordinary of lives .

The traitors absolutely need to do their best to keep those two in for as long as possible, purely because they will both be so good at the challenges. He can boss people about take charge of the physical tasks, and she can make everyone else look stupid solve the puzzle ones.

I loved Rob and Michael's gleefull-ness when Ross stormed off to confront LeAnn for touching him!

James Blunt to win, just for telling Jerry he'd wear her clothes if she left 😂.

can't stand REG and hope he's banished ASAP.

I can only assume this was filmed a while back, because the little mix lady is now quite considerably pregnant

I assumed that Richard's admission of being a Traitor was deliberate but his reaction to their reaction makes me doubt myself.

I don't think it could be that he thought filming was over for the day. Surely the cameras are pretty obvious when they are filming?

Yes these were my thoughts exactly! He’s been an actor so long that he forgot that he was supposed to keep it a secret and that the game is always being played. If he’d then just laughed it off he probably would have got away with it.

Great first episode and I’m hoping Amol is recruited, Richard is swiftly banished at the round table and then it can really begin!

During the last celeb one I saw daffodils , so my guess is they film in February or early March time.
It always looks so dark and dank too and muddy.
I think Romesh was off back then from his radio 2 show for a week, but might have been just been annual leave.

REG! What an eejit. He just seemed to forget that secrecy is the whole point. It’s as if he forgot the game had started and that everything he said mattered.

Joe Lycett is just wonderful. Love him. So on it.

Amol - yawn, he is too ubiquitous and so pleased with himself. Hope he gets the boot soon. I love the way he said he could tell when people lie and Sheen said he thought history shows us we don’t know. Nicely put.

So many good people but Lycett is my favourite. And Sheen. Kemp is hilariously channeling his Extras persona.

So confused about the Richard E Grant situation

Romesh again - I rarely watch TV, but every time I do, he’s on it!

Read an article on Jerry Hall and she said she got on well with Rob Beckett.

Fancied him for years, saw him live and the crush got worse! He is VERY charismatic and exceptional live. I recommend it!

Either Richard thought it would be funny to joke , or wasn’t totally aware of the rules or just thought they would all say ‘ I’m a traitor too’ ! Not sure, but the rules are you must keep it a secret , so his already broken the rules hasn’t he! Still, is what it is. Maya will get rid of him I bet. She needs a proper traitor to work with now. I think she’ll do well and nobody thinks it is her yet.

I have met Richard on many occasions (he's a good friend of a very good friend of mine) and he's one of the sweetest, kindest men ever. He takes such pleasure in life and everything going on around him. His wife's death totally devastated him and I think he's basically saying yes to everything that comes along to keep busy; he's doing a play in the West End for the first time in 20 years right now.

Hannah did say she thought Maya would be good at it, so she's got her in mind, even if not fully convinced.

Not sure, but I think she was with Bryan Ferry first, then Mick Jagger.

Anyone find Joe Lycett trying to be less camp - i think he got a bit of a backlash before for acting camp when he was married with a child, so he's trying to be less so. And is actually quite dull.

I thought it was hilarious. Loved Richard cocking up. Maybe it’s a plan but I doubt it. Maya is lovely, I hope he doesn’t spoil it for her.
I seem to be among the few who like Amol. I think we need some people who aren’t actors or comedians to stay in for balance.
James Blunt, Joe and Ross Kemp all good value too.

Yes, I think that she modelled for one of Roxy Music's album covers, the one with the mermaid. She was extraordinarily beautiful. She was with Bryan, they might have been engaged and then she left him for Mick Jagger. Bryan was absolutely devastated.

I'm dredging this up from memory from forty odd years ago.
