I’m guessing we’ll get 2 women and 1 man as the initial Traitors and hoping the Secret Traitor has been binned.

I don't want James or Amol to go but think Amol will probably be more resilient under pressure.

Quite relieved they didn't chose Ross though as I'd like Bella to last for a bit. Shaping up to be a great series.

Now I REALLY want to know!

I love Richard and Michael. And Miranda. Oh and Amol. Would be very happy to see James go.

Richard was completely OTT and irritating, not quite as smart as he thought he was being. He already seems cowed under his cowl be cause he has cocked up big time. A liability.

Blunt would have been a better traitor. He is clever and strategic.

James would be better to keep than Amol. (Has James had a glow up, he looks quite handsome in this.)

Ross is Comedy Gold. He thinks he is in the SAS and a hard man - please don’t murder him too soon.

I really dont like Richard. He is really annoying me. His constant laughter in the interview room, he's going to get too cocky if he stays in!

Maya has the potential to go far!

I hope they keep James. Amol will try control them too much in my opinion with his "well in my professional opinion" viewpoint...

I want to see more of Joanne McNally.

I think James is himself - nice and humble.

I'm actually on love with James Blunt. He looks gorgeous in this, funny, fit.

Love Richard, Ross has been comedy gold with his paranoia. Love Miranda and Michael Sheen. Some big big personalities again this year.

I've never forgotten his twitter thing when Jeremy Hunt was at his worst as Health Secretary.

Amol thinks he is the country’s most eminent journalist. You would never see Paxman in a Biggles jacket.

He's 5'8 I'm 5'7 so I'd still be looking up to him :D

Amol should stay if Richard and Maya had any sense - although Maya is doing all the heavy lifting here so it's basically her choice. If I was Maya, I'd happily throw Richard under the bus.

Someone has said this about Richard "He thought he was in the green room after a play. He is just not that clever. And forgot the game was afoot" and I think they are spot on.
It's like the way they were all relaxed after filming the "Claudia chooses the traitors" scene and they've all gone to chill and have a drink, he's thinking the game/filming is stopped. What a donkey.

I am wondering if Richard thought it was all false. Like some people go into I am a Celeb and think they will get tasty meals and go off to a hotel overnight. He thought the drinkipoos was the celebs chewing the fat after a days filming and they all knew what part they had to play. That or he is as thick as mince.

Yes, if she doesn't see him off, he could bring her down through his silliness. And she's a smart cookie, so I think she'll go Amol (who also thinks he's smarter than he thinks he is, you only present UC mate, I reckon I know more answers than you per week), and he'll fall in line.

Aaaah I’m so glad I’ve found this thread. Tonight’s episode was brilliant.

For the comments not knowing about Maya Jama, she is easily my favourite celeb, she’s so down to earth and lovely in real life and doesn’t let anything go to her head. She’s had various roles in the spotlight dating way back to 2014ish. Mainly presenting shows, hosting radios etc she’s done the Brit Awards and some bits for FIFA, also the Circle and Radio 1. Now she has her own skincare range, collabs with PLT and Rimmel. She’s also had a part in The Gentlemen s2 recently. I was happy to see she’s a traitor!

Shame we only get 2 episodes a week though!

I was wondering how the Beeb (which doesn’t do advertising honest guv) let Richard plug his book by mentioning the title in his diary room bit. But then last year that annoying Harriet made it all about her writing so I guess it’s allowed 🤷‍♀️

I agree with everyone that Ross is hilarious (but the paranoia is so unexpected). There are a few youngsters I don’t know but pleased to recognise most of the clebs. Sheen seems more serious than I expected. I’m glad Rob and Romesh are in the same team because everyone will assume they aren’t and the two of them are going to start doubting each other.
