I’ve just finished Little House on the Prairie too and loved it! Very wholesome easy watching. Even DH enjoyed it.

Thanks for the suggestions. I loved Small Prophets, I forgot to mention that. I have the Detectorists saved to my watchlist, I watched the first one ages ago but wasn't keen. I will give it another go!

Stars Ted Danson, set in a retirement home. It felt like everyone involved actually likes human beings.

Schitts Creek in on iplayer now. You have to power through the pilot/first episode as it’s rubbish but the rest is fantastic. It’s feel good with no real upset or ‘bad guy’.
