Yes to the bingo card. We'll no doubt have a high-flying business executive who's decided on a change of career because everyone loves their dinner parties, a 'home cook' who's feels that now's the time to do something for themselves, a medic, a student or two (probably influenced by travelling to either SE Asia or Italy).

Will we see the old favourites though - undercooked lamb, chocolate fondant, deconstructed everything done three ways and a few maggots?

Have I mentioned before that Grace and I are patrons of the same indian, Bengali actually, take away. I only get delivery so no contact made. I suspect she gets hers delivered too.

If you want to eat along with Grace and me in rl or virtually it is called Wanstead Kitchen. They deliver over a very wide area so not stalking or outing.

I liked Grace as a food critic but not as a presenter. Still better than Gregg though. Actually absolutely anyone would be better than Gregg.

Anna's twee Irishness gets on my nerves (I'm Irish so it's not anti-Irish). I fast forward her on Saturday Kitchen so I'm hoping I can tolerate her. I really love Grace so maybe that will balance things out. I hope so as DH and I love MC.

I fear the Hispi cabbage delivery may have been replaced by morels - they were everywhere in the last series.

I’m also expecting a lot of ‘plant based’ cookery - I don’t have a problem with eating more plants but I do have an issue with slicing up a cauliflower, pretending it’s a steak and charging £25 for it!

I reckon chawanmushi is going to feature - it's been everywhere among the professional programmes.

An abundance of split oils, too - which I don’t fancy the look of 🤨

An alleged sauce just painted on the plate so way could you taste it.
Allergy (bonus if it is child or other family member not them) mentioned every few minutes including in dishes when the contestant would never have included the allergen anyway

Exactly @RomainingCalm. There is a restaurant quite close to us called The Steakist. One of the options is an optimistically priced slice of cauliflower.

Can I add retro fashion fan wearing a headscarf, with a 40s hairdo, who is a tattoo artist living in Brighton? And a lovely older bloke who discovered cooking after retirement. Vegan sahd who is bringing up his kids(minimal mention of kid's mum)on a diet of whatever is growing on the allotment (judiciously padded out with trips to waitrose when the kids rebel against courgette three ways.)
