I LOVE sticky toffee pudding. Me and DD once did a sticky-toffee-pudding-off on holiday where we chose it for every dessert for an week and scored them all.

Dd has converted her posh Dutchie in laws to sticky toffee pudding. She did it for 20 at new year but she got her amounts wrong so they had a big jug of caramel.sauce left over.

A proper baba ganoush in a good Turkish restaurant is lovely - the stuff you get in jars in the deli is grim.

Failed several times so reduced the poaching liquor from the pears and gave them that instead. Good idea, but way too sweet
