The next series starts on the 21st April. Looking forward to banquettes, and bizarre paint choices, and upcycling of old junk. DD and I are rewatching the old series and I’d forgotten how crazy some of the rooms were!

That chandelier is quite hideous.

Did Duran commission Emmerley to make that chandelier for her on the quiet? We need to know.

If it’s supposed to be a romantic theme, why is one of them designing a room for a single person.

Some are OK. That last one was almost as awful as the octopus though

Some of the chandeliers look lovely in the rooms. The octopus not so much

I assumed that chandelier was in bubble wrap when they first showed it. Didn't realise that was it.

They don’t seem to be thinking about who stays in these rooms at all. Alan pushing the romance theme feels like waving a reminder banner at them but they’re not taking the bait.
