I want liquorice mousse. I love liquorice flavoured things but they are so rare. (Strangely, I am not keen on liquorice itself. In the same way, I don't like coffee but I love coffee flavoured food.)

I always find it disappointing when a chef gets to the banquet and the budget obviously hasn't ran to reproducing all the effort they have put into the presentation and props.

Its an Irish thing. It's crispy chicken strips, chips, veg like onions all tossed in a chilli spice (like salt and chilli chips coating) and you then dose in curry sauce.
