I ate at Spencer’s restaurant for my birthday last year. Outstanding.

A fat sauce. Well sounds delicious but I would be ill as all hell afterwards. Me and the bathroom would be on first name terms

Hmm, take away the props and this looks nowhere near as elegant and sophisticated as Spencer's main.

I remember they sent some of the contestants on MasterChef to his restaurant and he was pleasingly not a complete arse.
