@FishPie2 I'm the same. I just divvy it up into 4 or 5 portions but use small plastic tubs - I find the freezer bags messy and not easy to clean.

Chinese takeaway boxes for me

I have just bought some of those silicone meal boxes that are 4/8 portions in 1 then I take them out and bag them up when they are frozen. They are brilliant and really easy to get the blocks out.
Yes I got them from Temu to make up a craft order and was impressed and ordered some more.

I believe one of the GF children is a stepchild and the other is her biological child. Looks like she'll cope much better in the future (and have more help from her DH and older kids).

I wish they squeezed more recipes in to the show and made them more obviously available to viewers.
