But maybe a bit behind on iplayer.

Why is there e so much excitement on a women doing a triple ?

Have any women done quads ?

Certain triples in the women's event are a lot rarer than others.

The Russian from the last Olympics caught up in the drugs scandal, Kamila Valieva was famous for doing quads in competition.

First Power Play goes to Canada, who haven't been terribly effective with them so far.

Fliiping through various events- the big news so far is Eileen Gu fell in the frees ski halfpipe , so will be out of medal contention. Which should put Zoe in a a good position for a medal.
But who knows what will happen in these events.

And a Swiss man fell over in the Curling.

Is this event all three total or add two together?

I'm not sure. Seems to be qulificaton, then the final. This was qualification- so , Gu won't qualify. I think anyway. So many different rules in different things At the moment, Zoe is at the top.

There are 2 qualifying runs though.

The half pipe skiing is qualification - top 12 go through to the final on Saturday.

And there’s the women’s ski cross tomorrow, with the men’s on Saturday.

I no longer know what to think about the half ppe qualification- the commentary after Gu fell, seemed to suggest it was game over, but she did a great second run- and is back in the running?

Amber Glenn, who had a horrible time in the short programme so is way down, is just performing her free. She felt didn't do so well in the team event, and she left Malinin a lot to do to get the medal in that.
So far, she's going well.

So pleased to see Amber come out after her skate on Tuesday to do that.

I was watching the skating at 6pm which appeared to be a repeat of the women's programme from yesterday. CB said it's on live at 9pm. Could be a Japanese 1,2,3.
Fed up of curling now TBH. I tune in from around the 8th end.

She did really well, small error late on, but she must have been so relieved.

Having said that, given how driven the US team are- I like Alysa Liu's attitude- win or lose, she's doing it her way. I'm surprised they let her compete really. The US team on the whole don't really do 'participation awards'.

I actually think that’s a real strength for Alysa, especially given how the pressure has affected some of these athletes. I think we all need to be more like Alysa!

Ok, so in common with other ski jumpy type events, I've worked out that they don't add the totals together, it's about improving each round. Zoe is still ahead- but did not improve on her first run score in her second run.

Eileen Gi can still qualify, as her second run puts her in 5th at the moment, despite her poor first run.

So looking good for Zoe still.

Have they said when the BBC will show the figure skating?

They usually show the last group of 5/6 skaters. So after 9.
