If you watch a lot of them you realise Savile was far from the only one.

It's a relief to see Noel Edmunds or Tony Blackburn (never thought I would say this) as they just get on with presenting, not insisting on having their arms round v naive looking teens.

i still think 'Time to Say Goodbye ' at the closing, would be better.

Surely there's a way now to edit out all the dodgy DJs. I'm sure they could AI them to look like one of the okay ones and change the voice? There must be so many performances we'll never see now because of them.

Are Winter ceremonies usually this good? They haven't buggered around with it and tried to be clever for the sake of it.

I think it would be fair to say there have been a few issues getting the whole games ready. They said they’ve gone for low tech this ceremony. Not sure how much that was due to necessity.

Didn’t the good Dr have to battle aliens called Ice Warriors once upon a time? Daleks on ice would be good, they have a low centre of gravity which would help because if they did fall over they would never be able to get up unless their sink plunger things could push them up somehow.
