Opening ceremony tonight, from 6.30pm on BBC2. Surprised it’s not on BBC1.

As well as the surgery I think she spends quite a lot of time sedated. It's amazing she can sing at all.

I must admit, I was far more moved by Celine at the Paris Olympics, than Mariah .

At least Celine had a reason to be singing in French.
