Well, we soared through the last thread again, so here's a shiny new one!

Corrie is pretty much based around the tragic death of Billy at the moment. Bernie is starting to lose the plot a bit, and ended up in a hotel room with a strange man who is the husband of someone Roy has been chatting to. (It's all a bit confusing!!!) Then she ended up unconcious in the ladies toilets!

Todd and Theo are still together - annoyingly - and Carl (Debbie's brother) has just heard Theo blabbing to Billy in his coffin how he's not a murderer, and he should have saved him, and so on. A guilty conscience, or self pity? (I'm guessing the latter.) Carl was listening (conveniently!) and smirked when he heard Theo 'confessing,' but I'm not sure what he's going to do with the information. Especially as shortly after, Theo saw Carl doing some dodgy dealing with some blokes, and he photographed him. So, they now have 'something' on each other!

Not much happening with the Driscolls at the moment, and Ma Driscoll and Eva have called a truce. But for how long???

Shona and David's new little baby (Harper) is still a bit fragile.

Shiny faced Megan Trainer the Siren who has men (and boys) eating out of her hand, is showing an unpleasant, dark side, after practically threatening Sam (Nick's son) if he blabs anything about her and Will.

And Carla and Lisa have inexplicably made up, as if nothing has happened. On the plus side however, at least we have got rid of the dreadful Undead Becky storyline.

Probably some more bits and bobs to discuss, but I'm sure we'll get to them soon.

Was there ever a big "reveal" about who hit Tyrone with a car?

@Lorrymum Kevin tried a big reveal after finding out it was Carl, but the video had been deleted.

All we see of the school are the lockers or a corridor most of the time and Megan Trainer Daniel or Will lurking about.
Does Megan have other boys that she trains as well or is it just Will ? You would think she’d have other ones as a cover story ( and actually do her job with those ) but her sole interest in Will would make most parents a bit twitchy I think. However, with his Nan and his dad like they are , they seem happy enough for her to be always hanging around with him and showing up to speak to him all the time. It doesn’t seem to strike them as odd.

They encouraged her to move across the country. They were paying for her to come over one day a week to train him then she decided to get a job at Will's school. So I guess they are still paying her to be his personal trainer

I have no idea why he needs one, his dad was a professional rugby player so would know enough about fitness to train a sixteen year old

Mrs Doyle 'she's no Marti Caine'..I thought she was supposed to be in her 60's. My Mum liked Marti Caine and if she was still alive my Mum would be 98.

I'm in my 60s and I remember Marti Caine well (New Faces).

I quite liked that episode, written by Jonathan Harvey who is one of the old school writers. I loved all the Rita scenes, good to see her and she’s still got a nice line in sarcasm. Nice Emily mention too.

Great to see the truth coming out about Carl, let’s hope both Kev and Ronnie do him some serious damage. Unfortunately though we know he’s still on the loose at the end of April.

So Sam has been at the (not very) secret cameras too. Maybe he’s been taking tips from Todd.

I remember Marti Caine . Im probably Mrs Doyles kind of age. I don't think my ds would know ker let alone a teenager.

Not a bad episode, some funny lines, but the scene between Brian and Mary was painful. Not funny all.

The prison scenes made me laugh a bit, but like most people here I would prefer way less prison scenes! Corrie has had too many this past couple of years!

I don't think that Leanne's new place is the one she shared with Nick and Our Si is it. I'm not sure where she lives now. Presumably Nick is in the old flat with Toyah?

Leanne (with roommate Megan Trainer) rents the flat (2a Coronation St) above the salon from Tyrone who bought it when he left Fizz and was going to marry Alina. Craig (& Faye before she shipped off to Slough) lived in it previously.
