Well, we soared through the last thread again, so here's a shiny new one!

Corrie is pretty much based around the tragic death of Billy at the moment. Bernie is starting to lose the plot a bit, and ended up in a hotel room with a strange man who is the husband of someone Roy has been chatting to. (It's all a bit confusing!!!) Then she ended up unconcious in the ladies toilets!

Todd and Theo are still together - annoyingly - and Carl (Debbie's brother) has just heard Theo blabbing to Billy in his coffin how he's not a murderer, and he should have saved him, and so on. A guilty conscience, or self pity? (I'm guessing the latter.) Carl was listening (conveniently!) and smirked when he heard Theo 'confessing,' but I'm not sure what he's going to do with the information. Especially as shortly after, Theo saw Carl doing some dodgy dealing with some blokes, and he photographed him. So, they now have 'something' on each other!

Not much happening with the Driscolls at the moment, and Ma Driscoll and Eva have called a truce. But for how long???

Shona and David's new little baby (Harper) is still a bit fragile.

Shiny faced Megan Trainer the Siren who has men (and boys) eating out of her hand, is showing an unpleasant, dark side, after practically threatening Sam (Nick's son) if he blabs anything about her and Will.

And Carla and Lisa have inexplicably made up, as if nothing has happened. On the plus side however, at least we have got rid of the dreadful Undead Becky storyline.

Probably some more bits and bobs to discuss, but I'm sure we'll get to them soon.

I forgot all about the corpse tampering. In fairness I have also more or less forgotten Julie and Eileen. I will never forget Jason though.

So not only do we have boring prison scenes, we will have Debbie wearing boring prison clothes and not her fabulous outfits.

No wonder she was distraught

Poor Debbie. So vulnerable and alone with no one around who cares. Just a faceless screw who has her handcuffed to the bed.

Nina always looks like she needs a wash!

How can Debbie manage to keep a perfect full face of make up in her hospital bed after having a stroke/crying fit in prison?

The same way Carla did when she was tied up by Becky probably!

It always makes me laugh in soaps when they have fairly perfect make-up in the most extreme circumstances.

Eastenders had a young lass who had died (RIP Lola x) ,
who was in her coffin with vertical boobs than would have put Mount Everest to shame for the height that they were , and eyelashes ..that needed a height extension on the lid of the coffin. !!

Lauren has gone from scruffy grubby tracksuit to much more polished. Which is amazing on part time hours in an overstaffed pub in a place where no benefits exist.
There must be a free children's home nearby offering residential care for everyone.

Lauren could have been developed into a really nice single mother of a cute baby on the . The street.

She has some nice characteristics.

I thought she was going to be the one in spotting what is going in with what's his name and Megan .

Nina started off as a good young youth counselor sott of person .

I agree, Lauren could be a good character, the actress is very capable. I thought they were going to develop her character last year, but no. 90% of what we get is a case of the teenage strops.

They could at least have Lauren being friends with Betsy again, she could do with some screen time away from her mother

She and Lauren should be BFF again, they had good chemistry as friends. The 2 actresses are good friends in real life too.

Also agree about nosey Nina! And Roy's minging cafe!

I suppose Frankeh lost any usefulness after having the transplant or whatever it was. So like Michael's child Glory, he will be invisible until old enough to set fire to something.

I don't want to see Lauren with Betsy because it would mean more Betsy! She might improve if she starts seeing Ollie.

Betsy should go to London. If Lauren doesn't improve she can go too. And take Frankeh if she remembers.

I just howled laughing at that. It is so true! You’d think they’d have worked out by now that the reason every child on the street invariably turns into a feral beast is because they’ve all developed attachment disorders from their parents being at work all day and in the pub every night.

Is it just me, or did Sarah look different when she turned up again last week (I think it was Friday). She looked like she'd had 'work', but I suppose they could have just styled her differently.

Yes, I didn't realise Sarah was Sarah at first and thought 'who's that random woman'.

Sarah was very odd on Friday, I genuinely thought they’d used a stunt double due to an illness or something - but she looked normal again at the Platts house scenes 🤔

Poor Debbie. I’m glad they saw to her immediately in prison though, and she wasn’t just left, ingnored in her cell.

None of the Bailey’s do anything for me at all, they’re ALL terrible actors.

Sarah's hair was absolutely atrocious on Friday. She's usually quite glam but her hair looked like straw.
