Welcome to Thread 12 of Traitors 2026 - possibly the final thread for this series
😵‍💫 < me after managing all these threads!

The title’s not very snappy but I think I’ve covered all requests!

This thread runs at TV pace so do not read any further if you are not up to date with the live broadcast. Whilst most discussion will be on the current series, inevitably people will refer to previous series/players/winners so reader beware if you’ve not seen the 3 previous editions, or the celebrity version.

While we welcome posters discussing their theories and speculating on relationships/connections between players, please don’t post spoilers from elsewhere that may ruin things for those of us who like to see things unfold over the course of the series.

The story so far - this is a mid episode thread change so do not read on if you are not up to date with the live broadcast!

I'm the same. I find it odd that we can't say that without being told we are tearing women down!

She was a great traitor. But I didn't find her likable.

I always hate the notion that women should always support other women just because they are women.

NCTDN · 23/01/2026 22:30

I love Rachel’s dress on uncloaked.

TraitorsFan · 23/01/2026 22:30

Tiddlywinky · 23/01/2026 22:26

Would you trust Rachel as colleague in real life? I wouldn't.

I would trust Stephen though.

If Rachel had been HR (or Communications) in NHS Fife I don’t think Sandie Peggie would have had the treatment she did.

I might not like her decisions at work but I could understand and respect them.

MajesticWhine · 23/01/2026 22:30

MagicStarrz · 23/01/2026 22:27

I'm behind but so happy with the outcome

watching uncloaked now

Me too. Perfect ending - traitors so deserved to win.

Totallybannanas · 23/01/2026 22:30

I can't believe all the chopping and changing of names, makes me wonder if they were set up to win. So much back tracking. Surely after James was revealed a faithful, Rachel should have been voted next.

ThatCyanCat · 23/01/2026 22:30

NCTDN · 23/01/2026 22:30

I love Rachel’s dress on uncloaked.

Dress is great, the bow looks like she's about to take off.

MagicStarrz · 23/01/2026 22:30

I also found Rachel a bit irritating but I'm happy they both won. I'd have picked Stephen over her if one had to win

Oneforallandallforone · 23/01/2026 22:31

StripedVase · 23/01/2026 22:29

I truly do not understand people getting emotional about traitors playing to win. What are they supposed to do, confess immediately and ask everyone to forgive them for the sin of being tapped on the shoulder? THAT WOULD SPOIL THE GAME 😅

After somebody posted that four months FBI course, somebody called it that Rachel didn't even have that and was just bluffing.

Well done to that poster.

IVotedForYourself · 23/01/2026 22:31

Stephen's style is very The Great Gatsby.

pouletvous · 23/01/2026 22:31

They had way more strategy than was ever shown

CharlotteRumpling · 23/01/2026 22:31

Stephen now saying he panicked and threw out Rachel's name too many times. Hmmm..

ForTheForseeable · 23/01/2026 22:31

Yeah I'm not getting much love for Harriet from the others.

ApolloandDaphne · 23/01/2026 22:32

In this tricky world Traitors is fantastic distraction.

Freddie Mercury I thought.

Yes, it’s gorgeous.

MrsLeonFarrell · 23/01/2026 22:32

Thanks @CaveMumfor such fun threads.

Tiddlywinky · 23/01/2026 22:26

Would you trust Rachel as colleague in real life? I wouldn't.

I would trust Stephen though.

She was just playing the game though. The only person akin to a colleague for her was Stephen and she proved her trustworthiness there.

RubieChewsDay · 23/01/2026 22:33

Needtosoundoffandbreathe · 23/01/2026 22:11

Jeez - nothing like ageism Faraaz. She could be your mum, not your gran. Really rude of him.

he said it with a smile, I really don’t think it was malicious.

RainbowSnake · 23/01/2026 22:33

Tiddlywinky · 23/01/2026 22:26

Would you trust Rachel as colleague in real life? I wouldn't.

I would trust Stephen though.

I would. Across the UK versions she, Stephen, and Minah have all showed a lot of teamwork, loyalty, warmth, intelligence, and integrity as traitors. They’re all also playing games so I would happily have a lot of the more treacherous traitors as work colleagues as well.

IVotedForYourself · 23/01/2026 22:33

IVotedForYourself · 23/01/2026 22:31

Stephen's style is very The Great Gatsby.

But his jumpsuits are pure Anneka Rice

IWantToHibernate · 23/01/2026 22:33

CharlotteRumpling · 23/01/2026 22:31

Stephen now saying he panicked and threw out Rachel's name too many times. Hmmm..

The edit made it look like that, but we only see 1 hour out of 24. It was to create suspense ahead of the ending. It would have been boring if Rachel and Stephen said they loved each other all the time and never spoke a bad word against the other.

EchoedSilence · 23/01/2026 22:33

CharlotteRumpling · 23/01/2026 22:27

I am beginning to sound like I am Rachel, but yes I would. I would happily work with her.

Same, I like strong independent women who can hold their own and take no prisoners.

pouletvous · 23/01/2026 22:33

mumofoneAloneandwell · 23/01/2026 22:29

Who called the online fbi class?? 😂😂😂

Everyone?

splendidpickle · 23/01/2026 22:32

She was just playing the game though. The only person akin to a colleague for her was Stephen and she proved her trustworthiness there.

And her job is comms and she has spent the game showing how effective she can be at comms.

splendidpickle · 23/01/2026 22:32

yeah agreed, she played the game well, but also stuck to her word.
